About me
Hi, I'm Kasorn,
Welcome to Beacon of Hope Counselling.
I am a registered counsellor of ACA and a member of their college of supervisors. I believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and purposeful life. Many years of volunteering in various organisations has opened my eyes to the needs of others. It also helped me recognise the importance of respecting others and meeting people where they are at. Being an immigrant myself I experienced the challenges of cultural differences and integrating into a new environment.
As a counsellor I feel passionate about my practice and privileged to work alongside clients in their personal journey. Over many years, I have had the opportunity to support individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds as they seek meaning, support, and a positive life direction.
My aim is to empower and support clients to explore and overcome the challenges that hinder their ability to fully embrace life. Sometimes we get stuck in life, and having someone walking alongside, helping work through those issues can assist in clients becoming more resilient to life’s challenges.
Additionally, I have experience working as a school chaplain, providing support for students, staff, parents/carers in the school community.
I believe that hope exists in the midst of every problem, and I am here to help.
